The Role of Church Chief of Staff
The position of Church Chief of Staff is one of great responsibility. Muhamedi oversees the day-to-day operations of the ministry, coordinates between departments, manages administrative functions, and ensures that the vision of the ministry is carried out effectively across all areas.
My role is to serve. I am here to support Pastor Ivan and the entire ministry team so that the work of God can move forward without hindrance. Every meeting I organize every process I streamline every team I coordinate — it is all for the advancement of the Kingdom.
Building Systems for Kingdom Impact
Since stepping into this role, Muhamedi has worked diligently to implement systems and structures that promote efficiency and accountability. From volunteer coordination to event planning, from donor management to communication workflows, he has brought order and clarity to the ministry's operations.
The Bible says that God is a God of order. If we want to see lasting impact we need to be good stewards of the resources time and people that God has entrusted to us.
A Heart for People
Despite his administrative responsibilities, Muhamedi remains deeply pastoral at heart. He is known for his accessibility, his willingness to listen, and his genuine care for every member of the ministry.
Leadership is not about titles or positions. It is about serving people. If I can help someone grow in their faith solve a problem or feel loved and valued then I am doing what God has called me to do.
Bridging Communities
As a former Muslim turned Christian leader, Muhamedi serves as a bridge between communities. He brings a unique perspective to the leadership team, helping the ministry reach out to diverse groups with cultural sensitivity and love.
Under his leadership, SET MINISTRY has expanded its outreach programs, strengthened its administrative foundation, and continued to grow as a vibrant community of faith.
